Colonial Gardens is located in central Maine, where residents can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the vacation state. Set in a quiet, respectful, and safe community incorporated in a country setting, yet still easy access to local entities.
In 1965, Colonial Gardens was established by Conrad Goddard and Harry Curtis based on the idea of assisting the needs of the clients. The company started as a small eleven sites community. To commemorate this special occasion, that same year a street was named after Conrad and Cheryl’s newborn daughter Cynthia. In1968, Conrad and Cheryl Goddard acquired Mr. Curtis’ involvement in the community, more property was purchased and over the years a total of 94 lots have been developed.
As a family owned business, the Goddard family has developed a commitment and great pride in community, also providing a hospitable environment for their residents.
